Natural composite technical plaster with mineral base structure, pure natural NHL lime and geo binder, TPI 3D technology texture for breathable plastering with zero crack risk, can be applied in a single layer up to 30 mm layer thickness. Class CSIII and M5. 

Kerakoll GeoCalce Tenace (Strong) is a dual-marked geo-mortar, its compressive strength class is CS III according to the MSZ EN 998‑1 standard and M5 according to the MSZ EN 998‑2 standard. Particularly suitable for guaranteed crack-proof plastering, it can be applied in a single layer up to a layer thickness of 30 mm. Thanks to its properties, it is particularly suitable for the structural reinforcement of buildings, the anti-deflection protection of infill masonry and the anti-deflection system of reinforced concrete slabs combined with bricks. Ideal as a thick leveling plaster in certified systems of structural reinforcement, modernization and earthquake-proof renovation, ideal for GreenBuilding and restoration of monuments.

Areas of application

Repedésgátló vakolat

  • A GeoCalce® Tenacét úgy tervezték, hogy háló nélkül lehessen használni garantáltan repedésgátló lélegző vakoláshoz, egyetlen rétegben egészen 30 mm-es rétegvastagságban lehet felhordani természetes kőből, téglából, tufakőből, betonblokkokból készült válaszfalakra és tartófalakra.
  • Különleges vízlepergető (W1) tulajdonsága miatt különösen alkalmas kültéri felhasználásra, száraz, ezért időben tartósabb vakolat, amely hosszú ideig megtartja lélegzőképességét.

Földrengésbiztos vakolat

  • Önmagában, háló nélkül használva, a GeoCalce® Tenace alkalmas lélegző vakolat kialakításához lepergésgátló, sérült falazatok helyreállítására és földrengésveszély szempontjából alacsony és magas kitettségű területeken (1., 2., 3., 4. terület) földrengés esetén rideg törés okozta omlások megelőzésére irányuló beavatkozásoknál
    lakóépületek beltéri válaszfal- és kültéri kitöltésrendszereinél, ahol a kitöltések a gerendákhoz és a pillérekhez koszorúszerűen vannak összekötve.
  • A GeoCalce Tenace a Geo Grid 120-szal együtt használva alkalmas téglával kombinált vasbeton födémek födémlepattogzás gátló rendszeréhez.

Technikai vakolat

  • A GeoCalce Tenacét külső hőszigetelő rendszereknél (ETICS) maximum Ø 2 átmérőjű, 5x5 cm-es rácskiosztású, legalább 10 cm-es átfedéssel lerakott horganyzott acél vakolathálók lerakása után használt EPS vagy ásványi rostból készült szigetelő panelek vastag vakolására tervezték és tesztelték; a háló helyes lerakásához használjuk a Kerakoll erre a célra szolgáló univerzális távtartóit.
  • A Geo Grid 120-szal együtt használva, alkalmas szalagpárkányok vakolásának kialakítására, amennyiben el akarjuk kerülni, hogy a födém szintjében repedések alakuljanak ki.

Ne használjuk

Szennyezett, laza, poros, pórusközökben sót tartalmazó vagy átnedvesedésre hajlamos hordozórétegekre.

Stock and prices

Our online store is open 24/7 and ships Monday through Friday, except for some holidays. Orders received for products without delivery restrictions on the product page will be delivered within 1-3 days if received before 12:00 p.m. In the case of orders placed for products in the suppliers' warehouses, the expected availability time is indicated on the product page, and we deliver according to the indicated time.

In order to provide the best service, we try to keep a stock of the most popular products in our warehouse in Budapest. Such products are labeled "In Stock". These can be collected or delivered within 1-3 days.

All other products must be shipped from the supplier's warehouses. This can take 1-4 weeks (it depends on the manufacturer; please confirm the delivery time with our customer service before ordering). Such products are either marked "In Stock" or require a pre-order together with a request for a quote.

All prices include VAT.

Shipping information

Products available in our warehouse are delivered within 1-3 days.

Products that are not available in our warehouse are first delivered from the manufacturer's warehouse to our warehouse, and then from there to you. Delivery from the manufacturer's warehouse can take 1-4 weeks.

Shipping options available

  • DPD delivery is available throughout Hungary for orders up to 120 kg, costs range from HUF 2,670 to HUF 20,830. The costs are determined based on the weight of the ordered products and are automatically added to your cart at checkout. Dispatch from our warehouse takes place on the working day following the order to ensure fast and safe delivery of your order.
  • On request, we can also provide you with an individual shipping quote (useful for shipments over 120 kg).
  • You can also choose to collect the goods from our warehouse free of charge.
