The Resin-cement technology was designed to ensure a uniform and long-lasting color. Fugabella Color 50 shade offers a fine grain finish thanks to the use of pure calcium carbonate with a calibrated grain distribution curve. Kerakoll researchers have developed a formula that does not contain Portland cement, which often causes an aesthetic defect, the whitening of joints, due to the excess lime formed during curing.
The special coloring materials used are typically of mineral origin and make the colors intense, brilliant and uniform, thus enabling the creation of a wide range of shades that would never be possible with Portland cement.
The hybrid base structure of Fugabella Color was developed from selected materials that enable low permeability and reduced water absorption, and at the same time completely eliminate the risk of salt and lime blooms and reduce the possibility of grout staining.
The special binding system perfectly complements the very clean filler, thereby ensuring excellent wear resistance, complete color homogeneity and long-term durability.
Fugabella Color has a soft and malleable texture and provides excellent workability in a wide temperature range and under different weather conditions. After mixing the powder with water, thanks to the selected additives of natural origin, the mass can be worked in for a long time and easily, and retains its thixotropic gel character.
Thanks to the artificial resin-cement hybrid technology, the thickening of the mass is controlled, which facilitates the complete filling of the joint, as well as the subsequent washing, without partially emptying.
