This project elegantly juxtaposes modern architectural details and materials with classic decorative elements. The Legno+Color Small Nat hardwood floor laid in a traditional Italian herringbone pattern lends character to the rooms and complements the original moldings.

The kitchen is the most modern of the rooms with its unique, linear equipment. The warmth of the wooden furniture creates a sharp contrast with the finely nuanced texture of the Cementoresina KK 91 floor and the Patina KK 93 injection molding. The Microresina KK 93 covering brings a darker shade to the room.

The dining room and living room are furnished with mid-century pieces that dialogue with more modern elements, such as the Cementoresina KK 93 bench. Wallpaper Living KK 85 creates a feeling of warmth in the space.

A Microresina KK 85 door in the same subtle shade leads to the bedroom, which is characterized by a custom-made KK 59 olive green wardrobe that is built into the wall and doubles as a headboard.
