Decoration of reinforced concrete facade elements

Monolithic restoration using Geolite 40 and Geolite Microsilicato is not sensitive to the effect of carbon dioxide and permanently protects the concrete from the penetration of rainwater and aggressive substances.

Geolite is the first geo-mortar that meets the R4 classification of the EN 1504-3 standard. This product:

• Passivates the iron in accordance with the EN 1504-7 standard,
• Recommended for volume reconstruction according to the EN 1504-3 standard,
• Can be used for surface protection based on the EN 1504-2 standard,
• Also for anchoring metal elements according to the EN 1504-6 standard.

A monolithic restoration meeting the performance expectations of EN 1504 standards provides a permanent solution and is no longer considered the weakest point of the structure. The characteristic durability of mineral rocks remains unchanged in the long term.

All restored and non-restored concrete surfaces can be restored and protected with Geolite Microsilicato, which can be applied as early as 4 hours after restoration (using Geolite 10 or Geolite 40).
